Usage

Mode Button

The Mode button includes the following functions:

• Charge: Charges the battery, stops charging when fully charged, and interrupts the charging current.
• Test: Checks the battery's capacity by repeating discharge and charge cycles three times.
• Storage: Charges or discharges the Li-ion voltage to 3.7V, extending battery lifespan.
• Discharge: Tests the battery’s capacity.
• Repair: Repairs or activates low-voltage Li-ion batteries and improves the memory effect of Ni-Mh/Cd batteries.

Display Button

• The display screen shows detailed information about a single battery, including its type, internal resistance, voltage, charging time, watt-hours (Wh), milliampere-hours (mAh), and percentage.
• Real-time display provides accurate data to users. Press the DISPLAY button to switch and view parameters for another slot.
• In Pro mode, hold the DISPLAY button to enter the program.

Current Button

• In Pro mode, the BL4 provides a wide current range from 50 mA to 5000 mA, compatible with various cylindrical battery sizes available on the market.
• Hold the Current button to turn off the display screen.

Pro & Simple Button (Located on the side of the device)

• In Simple mode, the device automatically detects 3.6V and 1.2V batteries and charges them to the maximum based on their voltage.
• In Pro mode, it can charge Li-ion 4.2V/LiFePO4 3.2V/Ni-Mh Ni-Cd 1.48V/Li-ion 4.35V/Li-ion 1.5V batteries. After selecting the battery type, users must hold the DISPLAY button to start charging. If a disconnection or power failure occurs, the charging program will not default to Li-ion charging.
